Bringing together in a variety of ways well-known career planning experts, scholars and successful businesspersons to help young people to gain a better understanding of career planning through meticulously prepared specialist lectures and seminars in three major areas: “Knowing Oneself,” “Understanding the Outside World,” and “Learning the Skills of Career Strategizing.” |

One and two-day camps held during the winter and summer vacations include varied and rich programs of presentations and group activities, and so on, providing outstanding young people with opportunities to interact with one another, adding to the resources available for interpersonal activities, and improving skills for planning one’s own career development |

By undertaking activities, discussing problems and sharing experiences, all with the leadership of professional career counseling teachers, young people are successfully assisted in making a smooth transition from the campus to the workplace, and young people already in the workplace are helped to reappraise their own needs and specialist skills, and to develop a career plan with a specialist focus. |
