This association, with the help of experts,
designs Youth Careers Advice series of activities
for young people aged between 22 and 35, as described
below.

Bringing together in a variety of ways well-known
career planning experts, scholars and successful
businesspersons to help young people to gain
a better understanding of career planning
through meticulously prepared specialist lectures
and seminars in three major areas: “Knowing
Oneself,” “Understanding the Outside World,”
and “Learning the Skills of Career Strategizing.” |

One and two-day camps held during the winter
and summer vacations include varied and rich
programs of presentations and group activities,
and so on, providing outstanding young people
with opportunities to interact with one another,
adding to the resources available for interpersonal
activities, and improving skills for planning
one’s own career development. |

By undertaking activities, discussing problems
and sharing experiences, all with the leadership
of professional career counseling teachers,
young people are successfully assisted in
making a smooth transition from the campus

focus. |

departments and research institutes, holding
one-day enterprise experience camps, involving
specialist lectures and interactive instruction,
enabling the student to gain on-the-job experience
in a medium-size business, and actually experience
work in the workplace. |

management departments and research institutes
with opportunities for practical training,
enabling young people to accumulate practical
experience and to gain an understanding of
the workplace and its environment at the earliest
opportunity. Enabling young people, by means

better to grasp the professional skills and
working attitudes that prevail in the workplace,
and, indeed, to give them a thorough boost
as they make preparations to seek the work
that will form part of their future. |

interest in and respect for the issue of youth
career planning in all corners of society |

Scholarship for outstanding students
In order both to reward excellence on the
part of outstanding students, and to encourage
diligent study on the part of students from disadvantaged
families, making available 25 scholarships each
semester, for which we encourage undergraduate
and post-graduate students to apply. |

Subsidy for student clubs
In order to encourage student societies on
university campuses, and to exercise our compassion
and concern for society, vigorously holding all
kinds of activities aimed at serving society,
providing financial support each semester to 10
associations that meet the general purposes of
this foundation, in the hope of aiding disadvantaged
children. |
